The parties agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use and the relationship between SUTRADHAR and buyers shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Bangalore, India.

14. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS, SEVERABILITY

1. Not withstanding anything contained any where on this Site, SUTRADHAR in its sole discretion reserves the right, at any time, to add or delete or modify some or all of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including but not limited to modifications made to any of the schedules contained herein. 2. The amended Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted on SUTRADHAR Web Site and the effective date of any such amendment will be the date on which the amended Terms and Conditions of Use is so posted.
