1. How do I place an order? You can choose from both books and toys in one order. When you find a product
that you want to buy, click on add to wish list. When you have finished shopping, you
can view your wish list items and confirm your order. Once you are sure, you can submit
the order. Your order will be confirmed via email within 2 days. Please quote your order
number while making any inquiries about your order.
2. When can I expect my order?
Orders will be processed a day after they are received, After confirmation of your order,
we will take 7 - 10 days business days to deliver. Business days do not include Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays. Please check the
availability of the product you are ordering as it will affect the delivery period.
3. Will you confirm my order? Yes, based on availability of the product.
4. How do I check the status of my order? When we confirm your order, you will receive an order number. Please quote this order number when you contact us.
6. How do I search for a product? Click on either the Bookshop or Toy Corner link and then choose a category. Select a specific price range, age or usage to narrow your search. You can also use the Keyword search at the top of the page to find a specific product or information.
7. Will you send me a catalogue? Sorry we are unable to send you a printed catalogue at this time.

9. Will you gift wrap my order? Yes, we offer free gift-wrapping.
10. Can I return a product? Products are not returnable. We will ensure that goods are carefully checked and packed before delivery. However under exceptional circumstances such as manufacturing defect, they can be exchanged at the Sutradhar outlet within 2 days of receipt.
